November Video Competition

Welcome to the MyDirtyHobby November Video Contest!

Video Contest duration (the “Contest Duration”): 01/11/2024 to 30/11/2024

1.      PARTICIPATION CRITERIA

1.1.     In order to participate in this month’s Video Contest, you must:

·         Currently be a verified Performer of the Sites.

·         Upload at least one (1) video during the Video Contest’s duration, as above.

·         Toggle ON the “Enter this video” option, located just under the “Language Spoken” section of your video upload form for every video you wish to enter into the Video Contest.

·         Video(s) submitted for the Video Contest must be a minimum of two (2) minutes in duration and a maximum of ten (10) minutes in duration.

·         Performers may submit up to four (4) videos for the Video Contest. For clarity, if you submit more than one (1) video to the Video Contest, only the video with the highest rating amongst the videos you submit will count towards your placement in the Video Contest.

2.      EXCLUSION, DISQUALIFICATION, AND INFRINGING BEHAVIOR

2.1.      You may not participate in this Video Contest if:

·         You are not a currently active and verified Performer of the Sites.

·         You won a prize in the immediately preceding Video Contest.

2.2.      You may be disqualified if:

·         You do not accept and adhere to the Video Contest’s Rules, the Terms of Services for Performers and/or other, applicable community standards.

·         The video(s) you submit/have submitted to the Video Contest do not adhere to the Video Contest’s Rules, the Terms of Services for Performers and/or other, applicable community standards.

·         For any other or no reason, in the controller of MyDirtyHobby’s (the “Host”) sole discretion.

2.3.      You may not:

·         Harass, coerce, promise favors in exchange for, solicit, or by any fraudulent means, attempt to gain votes from any person(s) eligible to vote in the Video Contest.

·         Create, or ask someone to create on your behalf multiple accounts on the Sites in order to vote in the Video Contest.

·         Make false claims or statements, or otherwise disrupt the functionality of the Sites and/or the Video Contest.

NOTE: THE HOST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY OR REFUSE PARTICIPATION TO ANY AND ALL PERFORMERS AND/OR CONTENT SUBMITTED FOR THE VIDEO CONTEST FOR ANY OR NO REASON, AND IN THE HOST’S SOLE BUT REASONBLE DISCRETION, AT ANY POINT PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER THE VIDEO CONTEST. A PARTICIPATING PERFORMER MAY BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE VIDEO CONTEST EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN DECLARED THE WINNER AND RECEIVED THEIR PRIZE.

3.      WINNERS AND PRIZES

3.1.      The prizes for this month’s Video Contest are:

1st place – €1000

2nd place – €1000

3.2.      The winner(s) of the Video Contest will be announced shortly after the Video Contest ends, on and around December 4th.

4.      GENERAL

4.1.      Videos submitted for the Video Contest shall not be accepted if they are not uploaded during the Contest Duration.

4.2.      Prizes will be given to all winners on and around no later than twenty (20) days after announcement of the winners has concluded, or as otherwise communicated to the winner(s) by the Host.

4.3.      These Rules are considered essential and, by participating in the Video Contest, you hereby agree to and accept these Rules, in their entirety.

4.4.      The Host may postpone, reschedule, or completely terminate the Video Contest, for any or no reason, and in the Host’s sole discretion, at any time, even after a winner or winners have been selected.
